General

• Bookings are always subject to approval.
• Bookings are only allowed for personal use.
• Subletting to others is not permitted.
• Up to six people are allowed to stay in the property.
• Full payment must be received by us no later than 3 weeks before departure.
• The House Rules apply at all times.

Bedding

The use of bed linens is mandatory. We are happy to arrange a bed linen set for you, consisting of a pillowcase, mattress cover, and duvet cover. Additionally, a set of towels, including 1 large and 1 small towel, will be provided. Each bathroom is equipped with a small towel, and there is a kitchen towel & dishcloth in the kitchen.

Number of people in the house

The villa is suitable for a maximum of 5 people. Upon request, a sofa bed can be used to accommodate 6 people in the house. This is, of course, possible only at an additional cost and must be communicated well in advance. The number of people allowed to stay overnight must match the number stated in the reservation.

Crib & High chair

Upon request, a small fee can be charged for the use of a baby crib and a high chair.

Deposit

We charge a standard deposit. This will be settled with you by bank transfer after the inspection of the rented property.

Privacy policy

All provided information will only be used to process the reservation. The data will be used solely for matters directly related to the reservation and the stay.
