Check-in is done through a key safe at the house. This code is always updated and communicated before arrival. The standard check-in time is at 3:00 PM.
You are required to vacate the house by 10:00 AM on the departure day so that it can be prepared for the next guests.
It would be appreciated to consider the environment and costs regarding energy and water consumption. Turn on the air conditioning only if necessary and switch off everything when leaving the house.

You can easily park your car in front of the house.
Next to the car parking space is a lockable storage shed containing beach chairs and loungers. Maximum weight for these chairs is 100kg. You are welcome to take these chairs to the pool/beach. Please store them back in the shed after use.
There is a mandatory final cleaning for which charges apply. The laundry is taken to the laundromat by the key manager (no free choice). The cleaning costs are invoiced together with the rental fee in advance.
A baby crib and high chair can be booked as separate items.
It is not recommended to drink tap water. In the supermarket, you can buy healthy drinking water inexpensively. It is not dangerous to drink tap water; it contains more lime and chlorine than water in the Netherlands.
The safe can be opened with a key.
If the trash bins are full, please dispose of the waste in the containers located at the main road (Camí la Viuda).
Please leave the house empty upon departure. This means no waste, an empty refrigerator/freezer, and no food left behind. Please leave it swept clean. Used bedding & towels can be placed on the floor.
In the entire house, fast Wi-Fi is available. The Wi-Fi code can be found next to the front door.
The television operates with Google Chromecast.
The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and induction cooktop. Additionally, you can use the kettle and Nespresso coffee machine. The freezer is located downstairs in the large bedroom.
We kindly ask you to clean the cooktop exclusively with a cloth and warm water, avoiding the use of other cleaning agents.
The extractor hood can be pulled out and turned on at the bottom. Before the extractor hood operates, a switch needs to be flipped; it is located at the back left of the kitchen.
Please do not use the wood-burning stove in the living room. The air conditioners can be used to heat the space.
Smoking is not allowed inside the house and on the terraces and balcony.
Tenants are liable for damages (whether accidental or intentional) to the property of the landlord or third parties involved in the rental. Any loss due to loss, breakage, or damage to the apartment, furnishings, or additional amenities must be reimbursed by the tenant.
Damage to the inventory (including breakage) should be replaced by the tenant, or will be deducted from the security deposit.
As a standard, detergent for a few washes is provided in the washing machine. The washing machine automatically dispenses the detergent. For drying laundry, a drying rack is available. The washing machine is located in the enclosed space in the front garden next to the front door.
Of course, the goal is to enjoy a carefree vacation at Casa El Portet. Due to the increased electricity prices, it would be appreciated to be mindful of power consumption. For example, avoid running the air conditioning for extended periods and turn it off when leaving the house. To keep accommodation prices competitive, the rental includes a consumption limit of 10kWh per person per day. This should be more than sufficient. Excessive electricity usage will be settled against the paid deposit.
